Right wing talk radio on its way out?

Ratings have fallen big time on right wing talk (aka hate) radio.

Spinmasters swear it's just because it's an off election year.

Yeah, nothing's happened this year of interest to say--right? LOL

I mean come on who do you know that could tell you that the only time they listen regularly to Rush Limbaugh and his friends is during a presidential campaign season?

Michael Harrison
editor and publisher of Talkers magazine [and] one of the medium's leading analysts, acknowledges that "ratings across the country have dropped,

Harrison says progressive talk--for the little person and against big government and business is the medium's most natural format, and then tries to divorce that from the liberal venue.

Interesting fact, seeing as the Bush bot radio has dominated the air ways. I guess it's not what the people want to hear, but what big business advertisers want them to hear that get through.

Well now with the internet and pod casting things might change.

But wait a minute. Didn't George Will just blame IPods and cell phones for the break down in our society's morals in an editorial today? (Actually it is slated for publication tomorrow, but online today).

You're not getting your Corporate-Bushco mindspeak? You must be a heathen slut!

I knew there was a reason for Will's ranting!

IPods are rebellion!

So...
it won't be televised....
but it is on your IPod or a progressive radio station.

The revolution will be downloaded from iTunes? That's it, I'm outta here...

P.S. Isn't George Will dead? Or at least undead?
